 Starcraft 2 on a LAN

Has anyone found a way to repair the damage Blizzard did to Starcraft 2 that makes it so you can't play multiplayer on a LAN? I am not going to pay for a copy of the game until I can get a safe reliable fix for this defect. A multiplayer game that can't be played on a local LAN is not a valid game.

nope, there is no lan possible. no "fix" for it either.

it's understandable though, they don't want people who don't buy a copy play the game.
i've had 8 player parties with my 1 cdkey in BW thanks to LAN. but that's 7 people who didn't have to pay to play the game.

it does sucks for people who buy the game and want to play in LAN legit (i.e. all 8 people buy the game, but they want LAN latency).

but so far, if it's lag you're afraid of, it doesn't really lag very often.
and if you have a good computer and connection, it won't be you lagging, it'll be others.

No lan? I wonder if I could do a VPN tunneling. Like what I did with borderlands when even the developers couldn't figure it out on what ports you have to use.
